 The Listening to Learn Guild, Inc. and Denver Academy  present

 Jim Sandstrum, M.A. CCC-SLP

Assistive Technology Partners, University of Colorado, Denver

 Join us for an informative, practical training session to learn about how the mobile device serves as a literacy toolbox for the student with learning differences! Parents, students, teachers, and professionals welcome.  Jim will share strategies to empower your student with great apps and downloads that are readily available from a variety of mobile devices. Come to this hands-on presentation to learn how to empower your student with great AT help. Please bring your mobile device with you to the event.  

 

 

Suggested donation:  $10

Your donation will help us award grants to local schools to help them acquire assistive technology solutions.  We are grateful for your help in our efforts to make education accessible to students with print and other learning disabilities.  All donations received will be credited to the Listening to Learn Guild's Grant Fund.

The Listening To Learn Guild is a 501 (c) 3 organized in Denver, Colorado, USA by a group of dedicated parents and volunteers whose mission it is to increase awareness about reading acquisition problems which are caused by physical and visual impairments, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities. The vision of the Guild is to provide every student in Colorado with access to the appropriate assistive technology tools to meet his or her individual education goals.
